"Easy to Understand, Even for My Family"
I really liked how clear the report was. I was expecting it to be packed with confusing science terms, but most of it was actually easy to read and follow. The layout made sense, too, which helped a lot. I even showed a few parts to my sister, and she thought it was straightforward as well. I did have to re-read a couple sections, but overall it was really helpful
"Helpful if you’re trying to fine-tune your diet"
I tried MyGeneFood because I wanted a better idea of what actually works for my body diet-wise, and it was helpful. The report was easy to follow and gave me some practical tips on foods that might be a better fit for me. Some of it was stuff I kind of already knew, but it still helped connect a few dots in a way that made sense. A few sections felt a little general, so I wouldn’t say it was perfect, but overall I had a good experience. I’d recommend it if you’re curious about your nutrition and want a starting point.

"Support took longer than it should’ve"
They did get back to me eventually, but I had to wait way longer than I expected. Not sure who’s in charge of support here, but whoever runs this really needs to sort out the response times...

"Turnaround was nothing like they promised"
The turnaround time was frustrating. They made it sound like things would move along much faster, but the reality was a lot of waiting around with barely any clear updates. For what I paid, I really expected better and quicker service. It just didn’t match what they promised, and overall it wasn’t a great experience for me.
"Pretty basic diet advice :/"
I was hoping for clear food changes I could actually put into practice, but the recommendations felt really basic and not very tailored to me. It was mostly general advice I’d already heard before... For the price, I expected more specific meal ideas or step-by-step guidance. it didn’t really help me make any real changes :(

"Clear privacy info, but I still had a few doubts"
I liked that mygenefood explains what they do with your DNA data and privacy details in a straightforward way. It didn’t feel shady to me, which was reassuring. That said, I still had a little doubt about how thorough everything really is behind the scenes, and I wish the privacy settings were easier to find. Overall though, I felt like my info was being handled carefully.
"Easy enough, with a couple small hiccups"
Ordering the genetic test was straightforward, and doing it at home wasn’t a big deal at all. The instructions made sense for the most part, though I did have to go back over a couple sections to make sure I was doing it right. The results also took a little longer than I would’ve liked. Overall, it was a decent experience and I’d say it gets the job done, just not the smoothest process from start to finish.

"Wasn’t really a match for me"
I mean, it’s fine, I guess, but the report just didn’t feel very accurate to me. A lot of it seemed kind of random, like it could’ve been about anyone. Not a huge deal or anything, but yeah, it didn’t really match me.

"Hard to justify the price"
I really wanted to feel like this was worth the money, but i didn’t. For what you get, the price just feels too high. It kind of reminded me that expensive doesn’t always mean better.

"The website was easy to..."
The website was easy to get around, and I did find what I needed without having to click all over the place forever, which I appreciate. That said, a few pages were way too text-heavy, i don’t always want to read a whole wall of info just to figure out where to go next.
The dashboard is clean and mostly easy to understand once you poke around for a bit. I just wish some sections loaded faster, because waiting on them got annoying, and a few labels could definitely be clearer. Overall, it was a good experience, but there are a couple of small things that could be less frustrating.
